Introduction

2. Account Registration and Security

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

• 3.6Inactive account balances: If your account remains inactive for 12 or more consecutive months with no login, wager, or deposit, bd556 may apply an inactivity fee not exceeding ৳200 per month. Players will receive advance notice before any such fee is applied.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bd556 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus Terms set out below.

• 4.1Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. • 4.4Bonus abuse: bd556 reserves the right to void bonuses, forfeit associated winnings, and suspend or close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes exploiting promotional terms through coordinated play, staking patterns designed to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk, or registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion repeatedly.
• 4.5Bonus modification and withdrawal: bd556 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the change.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on bd556 are sourced from licensed third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, and Microgaming. Game rules, return-to-player percentages, and RNG are governed by the respective provider's certified game logic. bd556 does not alter any game parameters on the Platform side.

6. Responsible Gaming

7. Prohibited Conduct

• 7.4Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal while retaining or having already wagered deposited funds constitutes fraud. bd556 reserves the right to recover funds and pursue legal remedies where chargebacks are determined to be fraudulent.
• 7.5Abuse of staff or other players: Abusive, threatening, or harassing communications directed at bd556 staff or other players through any channel associated with bd556 will result in immediate account suspension.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

bd556 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to do so. The following circumstances may result in account suspension or closure.

• 8.1Breach of Terms: Any material breach of these Terms — including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, fraudulent activity, or bonus abuse — may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice. Balances associated with breaches may be forfeited in full.
• 8.2Player-requested closure: You may request to close your account at any time by contacting support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is closed. If you are requesting closure due to problem gambling, a self-exclusion is recommended instead.
• 8.3Regulatory or legal requirement: bd556 may suspend or close accounts where required to do so under applicable law or in response to a request from a relevant authority. bd556 will follow applicable legal procedures regarding the handling of account balances in such cases.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Amendments to These Terms

bd556 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bd556 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on the Platform with the revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of the Platform following publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to request account closure.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a player and bd556 arising from these Terms or any transaction on the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting bd556 customer support. bd556 aims to resolve all support queries within 72 hours of receipt. If informal resolution is not achievable, the matter may be escalated in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
